Heritage Hill Farm
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, at an elevation of 3200 feet, produces premium Fraser Fir and White Pine Christmas trees. A fourth generation farm, the Farmers were the first to plant Christmas trees in 1979, but were soon followed by other family members. The Farmers sell their trees wholesale, are tree brokers, and have a retail lot in Richmond.
Rondal and Louise have served in numerous positions in tree associations, have participated in university research projects, and have welcomed association farm tours to their farm. They have received blue ribbons for their trees in local, state, and national competitions.
Dogs Cocoa and Rosie are valuable team members who control the deer and groundhog visits to the farm.
The Heritage Hill Farm Christmas Tree Lot was established in 1983, in Richmond. The lot features pre-cut premium Fraser Fir Christmas trees, wreaths, and garland. It offers customers grower-direct prices and freshness.
